Very cool building in NY

So there’s this building in New York that has been vacant for at least a decade, with much of its interior blocked off since the 40’s. Recently a film location scout was given access to it and took some pictures. The architecture is really cool.

I’m glad the current owners are going to bring this old building back to its prime and not just gut and modernize.

If money were no object and I could do what I wanted without worry I’d go around buying up old houses and buildings and restoring them.
